Latitia Lynnette Vance

Latitia "Tisha" Lynnette Vance from Mesquite Texas, born in Dallas Texas on July 5, 1977 to Walter Garner Jr and Kathy Lynn Watson, gained her Angel wings on May 10, 2020 at the young age of 42. Tisha loved spending time with family and friends, hanging out by the pool, antiquing, going to rat rod/car shows and watching her grandson "Ding Ding". She was proceeded in death by her beloved husband of 24 years, Kevin Vance, PawPaw James Delbert Watson and Brother in law Danny "DJ" Ingram. She is survived by her Daughter Havan D'layne & husband Robbie Mennel of Kaufman, son Klayton James Vance & wife Jocelyn of Forney, daughter Allie Mae Vance of Kaufman, grandson Ryder Darrell "Ding Ding" Mennel and a Granddaughter on the way. Parents Terry and Kathy Noyes of Winsboro, JR and Carol Garner of Emory. Sisters: Tara Ingram, Kristi Sullins, Karen Page & husband Ray, Debra & husband Eddie Chambers Brothers: Jason Sr & wife Sara Garner, Geneand wife Bambi Loftin, Nanny Watson and Nanny Noyes, many nieces and nephews, aunts uncles, in-laws and a whole host of family and friends.
