Lana Jane Ivy Bourque, 76, of Forney, Texas, peacefully passed away on March 28, 2025, surrounded by family. Born on January 2, 1949, in Dallas, Texas, to Lois Asher Ivy, she lived a life filled with love, perseverance, and unwavering devotion to her family.

A beloved mother, grandmother, and dear friend, Lana was known for her generosity, compassionate spirit, and the joy she brought to those around her. Her strength and wisdom created a lasting legacy. Lana did not have an easy life, but she dedicated herself to working hard and raising her children. She loved God and had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Lana dedicated her time to supporting her children and grandchildren in sports, always cheering them on with pride. She also enjoyed a fulfilling career at FDIC, where her diligence and dedication were evident. She blessed her children by being a remarkable mother and she is already deeply missed.

She is survived by her children: daughter Christi Dennett and her husband Gerald Dennett, daughter Kimberly Cox and her husband James Cox, and son Brandon Bourque and his wife Tina Bourque. Her cherished grandchildren, Anthony Dennett, Andrew Martinez, Matthew Bourque, Samantha Cox, and Emma Bourque. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Lois Asher Ivy, and her brothers, Loyd Ivy Jr. and Ricki Ivy, whom she deeply treasured.

Lana's love and guiding presence will be profoundly missed, but her beautiful spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
