In Loving Memory of Kristin Ewing

With deep sadness and profound gratitude, we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, and friend, Kristin Ewing, who entered the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ on July 22nd at the age of 42.

Kristin was born on July 31, 1981, in Dallas, TX and lived a life marked by unwavering faith, boundless love, and tireless dedication to her family and community. She was a cherished wife to Jonathan Ewing and a devoted mother to Kaitlyn and Jacob. Her kindness, grace, and faithfulness were evident in everything she did, and she inspired all who knew her with her commitment to living out the teachings of Christ.

As a member of Lake Pointe Church, Kristin Ewing was actively involved in the preschool ministry. Where she served as a teacher for 15 years. Touching the lives of so many children and their families. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and filling her heart with joy and peace. She believed in the power of prayer and the comfort of God’s promises, and her life was a testament to her deep relationship with Jesus Christ.

Kristin Ewing is survived by her husband Jonathan Ewing, her daughter Kaitlyn Ewing and her son Jacob Ewing, Andre, Nama, Jenifer, Luis, Trevor, Linkin and a host of friends and loved ones who will deeply miss her. She was preceded in death by David Ewing (Papa).

A service to celebrate her life will be held on July 29, 2024, at 10:00am at New Hope Funeral Home, with Steve Hardin officiating.

Though our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we find comfort in knowing that Kristin Ewing is now at peace in the presence of her Savior, surrounded by His eternal love. Her legacy of faith, love, and kindness will continue to inspire and uplift us as we carry her memory forward.
