Survived by wife, Terry Riggins; children, Star Riggins, Patricia Luna, Kenneth Rigins, II; parents, Donna Miller, Douglas Riggins (Retired Senior Sgt. Dallas Co. Sheriff Dept.); siblings, Doug Riggins, Elaine & Lenny Smith (brother-in-law & best friend), Roseanna Hottel; Aunt, Sharon & Will Parker; many nieces and nephews. Service will be 10:00AM Thursday December 6, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Sunnyvale, 3018 N. Belt Line Rd., Sunnyvale, TX. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6:00PM " 8:00PM.
