Survived by wife of 38 years: "Mickey" Mary Mullett; children: Brandi Mullett, Amber Creamer & husband, Jeff, Nicholas Mullett & wife, Rebekah; mother, Nettie Mullett; grandchildren: Ariel Boone & husband, Justin, Savannah, Haley, Caleb, Joshua & John Riley Creamer, Hannah & Christian Mullett; brothers: Al, Danny, Earl & Billy Mullett; sisters: Nancy Bellows & Pearl Mullett; numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be 10:00AM Tuesday September 22, 2009 atthe Springs FellowshipChurch, 817 Holcomb Rd., Dallas, TX. 75217. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00PM " 8:00PM.
