Kenny Esner, 46, passed away on October 3, 2013 after a hard-fought battle with cancer.He was born in Dallas, TX on May 14, 1967 to Sandra Korinek and Kenneth Esner, Sr. He lived in Sunnyvale, TX for the past 16 years. Kenny owned a mattress manufacturing company from the young age of 20 and devoted his life to growing his company, which began as “Mattress World”. He had a passion for working on cars, which he learned about as a young boy. Through the years, Kenny became a master of all trades.He was the hardest working man there was and would not quit until he was finished.He could fix almost anything and strived for perfection in everything he did. Kenny was one of a kind and had a heart of gold.He was always there to offer his help when you needed him. He had an open door at his home and office for friends and family and welcomed everyone, no matter what time of day or night. His laugh was contagious and there always seemed to be a smile, even in the worst situations. He had a love for drag racing and spent many years of his life working on his quest for that perfect that run down the track. There were many late nights spent in his shop surrounded by friends and the people he loved most. Kenny loved the Lord and was grateful for the many blessings in his life. He is survived by his wife, Juliana Garcia Esner, children, Krystal and Josh Esner, stepson, Esteban Esner, grandson, Jayden Esner, father, Kenneth Esner, Sr; sister, Deborah Butler, grandparents, Bill & Lois Mullins, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Sandra Korinek, sister, Cheryl Esner Byers, and one of his very best friends, Steve Tyler.
