Kenneth Ray Dout

Kenneth Ray Dout, formerly of Albuquerque, New Mexico was born June 1, 1943, went to be with the Lord on June 7, 2007 in Forney, Texas.Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Edna Dout, and sister, Janice Dout and son, Chris Smith. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Pat Dout; daughters; Kim Patterson and husband Pat, Rayanna Glasson and husband Phillip, and brothers; Randy Dout and wife Sharon, Thomas Dout and wife Carol, Billy Dout and wife Christi.Also survived by grandsons; Travis Patterson and wife Jennifer, Heath Patterson, Garret Patterson, Devin Patterson, Christopher Smith, and Layton Glasson, also one granddaughter; Hope Elizabeth Glasson. Kenneth spent 36 years with Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad.He was a wonderful Husband, loving Father and devoted Grandfather (Papa). Service will be Monday, June 11, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the Highland Oaks Church of Christ.The family will receive friends Sunday, June 10, 2007 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy 80, Sunnyvale, Texas 75182. In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
