On March 9, 2010 God called one of his favorites home. Katrina Ann Davidson was also a favorite of many here on earth. Katrinas life was all about her kids. She was a fourth grade teacher at Tisinger Elementary in Mesquite. She was a cancer survivor of 13 years. A big part of her life was a camp for kids with cancer called Camp Discovery. She was a camper there for two years before becoming a counselor for the next ten years. Camp was her favorite place on earth. In lieu of flowers we are asking that donations be made in her name to the American Cancer Society for Camp Discovery. She was a Make-A-Wish kid at the age of seventeen and became involved in many organizations whose sole purpose is to better the lives of children around the world. She is survived by her parents, Mike and Susan Davidson; grandparents, Paul Davidson and wife Peggy, Norene Pasley and Shirley Lane; Aunts and Uncles: Debra and Terry Sam Anderson, Don and Kathy West, Bobby Martinez, Greg and Cindy Davidson; as well as many other family members. Please join us in celebrating the life of one of Gods brightest lights. There will be a memorial service at Eastridge Park Christian Church, 2701 Town East Blvd., Mesquite, TX 75150 at 2pm Saturday, March 13th.
