Wahrmund, Karl Clifford “Paw Paw” of Dallas, born July 25, 1923, passed away October 8, 2017.Preceded in death by wife of 42 years, Virginia Wahrmund. Survived by daughter, Linda Emerson;son, Ronney Emerson & wife Jan;grandchildren, Stacie Stephenson & husband Juan, Ronney Emerson Jr., and Kristi Emerson;great grandchildren, Lindsey Cantu and Lauren Medrano & husband Aaron. Paw Paw was a wonderful father, grandfather, and great grandfather.Paw Paw was an incredible musician and worked as a piano technician up until August of 2017.He served in the United States Army and played the trumpet in the 91st Infantry Division Band from February 23, 1943 and was honorably discharged November 7, 1945.He was the rock of our family and will be greatly missed. A memorial service celebrating the life and memory of our Paw Paw will be at 2:00pm, Monday, October 23, 2017 at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel in Sunnyvale, Texas.
