Jwill Henley Sims

Jwill Henley Sims of Mesquite, born January 19, 1929, in Minden, Louisiana, passed away August 28, 2014. He was a devoted Christian and Korean War veteran. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Elizabeth (Liz) and their children; Jay Sims, wife Becky, Shannon Messick, husband Scott, Russell Sims, wife Callie, and Lisa Beaird, husband David. Thirteen grandchildren; Christan, Jwill III, Brandon, Mandi, Byron, Robert, Becca, Brent, Brittaney, Courtney, Blake, Madison, and Caila. Eleven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be 2:00PM Saturday August 30, 2014 at Mesquite Church of Christ, 400 W. Davis St., Mesquite, TX. 75149. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 5:00PM - 7:00PM. Interment will be in Laurel Oaks Memorial Park, Mesquite, TX.
