June Starkey

Marion June Starkey, born June 8, 1929, passed away January 15, 2015. Preceded in death by Jackie, her husband of 61 years; parents, Ury & Elena Winniford; son-in-law, Duane Holmgren; grandsons, Chad and Jimmy. Survived by sister, Jeannie; brothers, Douglas and Ray; children, Linda, David & wife, Ginger, Scott & wife, Barbara; grandchildren, Sara & husband, Brian, Carson & fiance', Bec, Bethany & husband, Jared, Allison & husband, Matt, and Bill; great grandchilden, Grace, Mattie, Parker, Isaac, Benjamin, Leah, Jasper, James and Michael. June worked at various jobs as an accountant and retired from LTV in the 90's. She was a loving and faithful member of Pleasant Grove Christian Church for 53 years, where she loved to decorate & host parties and events.She loved to entertain with family and friends, travel with Jackie and friends, research her genealogy, shop at antique stores and garage sales and spoil her grandchildren and great grandchildren.June died from complications of Parkinson disease at the age of 85.
