Survived by son, Brad Parks & wife, Alisa of Mesquite; daughters, Kristy Parks of Mesquite, Cortney Thomas & husband, Bruce; 5 grandchildren; parents, William & Betty Neighbors of Murchison, TX.; brother, Billy Neighbors of Brownsboro, TX.; several nieces and nephews. Service will be 2:00PM Sunday February 5, 2006 at the New Hope Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday afternoon from 3:00PM - 5:00PM. Graveside service will be 10:00AM Monday February 6, 2006 at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas.
