Juanita Fay Herring

HERRING, Juanita Faye of Mesquite, born July 13, 1920, passed away October 30, 2008. Juanita married Ollen Herring on August 7, 1938. Juanita's profession was "Top-Notch Homemaker". Her home was always clean and neat where guests were welcome and made to feel at home. She was a faithful member of Pleasant Wood Baptist Church, Dallas, Texas for over 40 years and of Fireside Drive Baptist Church Dallas, Texas the past 10 years. Preceded in death by husband, Ollen Herring; parents, Preston & Lillie Tabor; step-mother, Iona Tabor; brothers, Roy Lee Tabor and Chester Tabor. Survived by children, Oleen Boyett & husband, Joe, Jack Herring & wife, Carol; grandchildren, Jolene (Kenneth) Honeycutt, Rhonda Anderson, Kandy Meza; great grandchildren, Jennifer Anderson, Valerie Anderson, Stephanie Moore, Brian Moore and Daniel Meza; 8 great great grandchildren; "adopted" grandchildren, Sara LeRoux, Chris Williams, Melissa and Heath Honeycutt. 2 nephews; many other family members and friends. Service will be 11:00AM Monday November 3, 2008 at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon from 3:00PM " 5:00PM
