Joseph Charles Long

Joseph Charles Long, born December 21, 1942in Dallas, Texas to Raymond and Winnie Long, passed away on August 31, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, Darrell and Winnie Long; step-mother, Josephine Long and several aunts and uncles. Joesph is survived by wife of 45 years, Nettie Long; daughter, Christie Robinson and husband Barry; son, Matt Long and Margie Ivey; grandchildren, Kaley Flaherty and Hayden Long; great grandchild, Dylan Flaherty.Also survived by brothers, Duane Long and wife Estelle, Richard Long and wife Tressia and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Services will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, September 3, 2008at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy 80, Sunnyvale, Tx. 75182.The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at the funeral home.
