Preceded in death by parents, Adolph & Mary Janca; brothers, Alvin Janca, Robert Janca, Frank Janca; In-laws, Harold & Helen Williams. Survived by wife, Wendy Janca; daughters & sons-in-law, Jana Leighan & Billy Bell, Teena & Blake Chapman; son & daughter-in-law, Anthony & Lacy Janca; daughter, Jodie Janca; grandchildren, Kyle, B.J. & Lynzi Bell, Jacob & Joseph Christian, Charles & Keesha Chapman, David Allen & Alexis Janca, Glynna & Shane Smith; brothers & sisters-in-law, Adolph & Rosemary Janca of Lake Charles, LA., Ben & Emily Janca of Mesquite; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & a multitude of friends. Services will be 10:00AM Thursday, July 17, 2003 at the New Hope Funeral Home Chapel.With Father Wilson Blas, celebrant. Interment will be in Long Creek Cemetery, Sunnyvale, TX. Dads enjoy "the big bump" as much as the kids whose tummies feel momentarily weightless when he guns the car over a dip in the road. Dad unknowingly introduces you to your future husband, setting up the richest segment of happiness in your life. Dad accepts your mistakes even if you don't.He shows you the value of a friendship by the many friends he makes through life.He lets you sip his beer when Mama's not looking. Dad teaches you how to fish with a purple worm, and takes the catfish off the hook so you don't get finned.He discloses to you the magical properties of neatsfoot oil on a baseball glove.He agrees with you that fishing is a better way for a boy to spend a week in the summertime than Vacation Bible School, but he also insists that a man never stands as tall as when he bends his knees in prayer.
