Jordan was in 7th grade at Berry Middle School in Mesquite, TX.He was a very dedicated student even while he was ill, in the hospital or at home, and continued to be until he was physically unable.Jordan was a boy with many interests. He played pee-wee football in Mesquite for the Colts until he became ill.He was a Road Captain for the Men's Biker Bible Study at Pigeon Hole in Irving, TX. He enjoyed playing video games, football and basketball with his younger brother, Justin and uncle James.Like most boys, he loved motorcycles and fast cars.He looked forward to visits by his friends with the Men's Biker Bible Study and his face lit up at the sound of all the bikes as they arrived each time. Jordan was mature for his age and was always aware of others' feelings, never leaving anyone out and making everyone feel special. Jordan was a strong young man with a heart of gold.He had the strength and courage of an Army.He was not a receiver but a giver even if it left him with nothing. Many of us learned from him that you can teach your children and at the same time you can learn from them also. When life got hard, all you had to do was look at Jordan and he would make you laugh or smile and make it easier. Jordan had a special bond with his brother and mother. He and Justin would do anything for each other and they always told each other that they loved them.Anyone who knew them or was around them anytime at all, knew the love and bond they shared was unbreakable.Jordan loved his mother dearly and would do anything to keep her safe and happy as she always did with him.I know that he is with her today comforting her and telling her he loves her as always. If you knew Jordan, you knew one of God's Angels. And this Angel will live on in many people's lives. He would want us all to do as he did and be an Angel for someone else. Jordan was a blessing to everyone who knew him and to many who never got the chance to know him. Servie will be 3:30PM Monday at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel.Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon from 3:00PM - 5:00PM.
