John David Barnes

John David Barnes was born on November 25, 1942 in Dallas, Texas to Calvin and Margie Barnes.David was an only child.He moved to California as a teen and after graduation returned to Texas where he met and married the love of his life, Alice Jean Barnes on April 12 1963.They were married for 51 glorious years, until she went to be with her Lord on April 21, 2014.David is survived by his son Randy and wife, Barbie Barnes, son Rusty Barnes, and grandson, Riley Barnes, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.David worked the greater part of his life as the Meat Market Manager at Safeway which he retired from in 1989.He then took over his father’s fencing business, Masterbuilt Fence Company, which he ran until his passing on December 9, 2015.David was loved by his family and friends and will be dearly missed.
