Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Clyde West and Lela Harris Fannin and his son Roland Lee West.He is survived by his wife of 37 years Louisa J. West and his daughter, Ronda Carol Harrington and stepsons; Mike Archbald and Tony Manuel Archbald. Also survived by grandchildren; Wendy M. Hardy, Devin B. Harrington and Leyley Nguyen and one great grandchild, Kai Nguyen and many nieces, nephews and friends.
