Joan Rodgers

Joan Rodgers was born on May 10, 1935 and passed away on April 13, 2017. Joan is preceded in death by her parents: Alvin and Meryle Stroud; brother, Alvin Dewayne Stroud; sister, Peggy Morris; and grandchild, Zane Rodgers. Joan is survived by her husband of 62 years, Riley Rodgers Sr.; children: Riley Rodgers Jr. and wife Theresia, Danny Ray Rodgers, Gary Lee Rodgers; grandchildren: Brad Rodgers, Alan Rodgers, Chris Rodgers; great grandchildren: Bradley Rodgers, Tyler Rodgers, Gracie Rodgers, Logan Rodgers, Luke Rodgers and brother, Wayne Stroud. A visitation will be held for Joan on Friday April 14, 2017 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, Texas. Funeral Service will be on Saturday April 15, 2017 at 10:00AM at New Hope Funeral Home with a Graveside Service to follow at Skyvue Memorial Gardens in Mansfield, Texas at 2:00PM.
