Jimmy Wayne Steele

Jimmy Wayne Steele, 50, of Mesquite, went to be with the Lord on November 17, 2011. He was born October 5, 1961 in Fort Worth, TX to J. W. and Betty Steele. Jimmy received his GED from Mesquite High School. He married his sweetheart Theresa Lynn Martin on April 28, 1990. Jimmy enjoyed working outside setting fences with his brother-in-law and friend Steve Tucker who will miss his companionship greatly. He was preceded in death by his father J. W. Steele, brothers John Earnest and Jonathan David Steele and niece Winter Steele. He was survived by his wife Theresa Lynn, sons Jerad Wayne and Justin Scott, Mother Betty Ann Jones Steele, Brother Tommy Steele of Huntsville, TX; Sister Debbie and husband Bobby Mitchell of Springfield, MO; Sister Sandra and husband Chimo Flores of Mission, TX; Sister Janice and husband Bernie Santos of Mesquite, TX; Brother Richard and wife Melly Steele of Mesquite, TX. He has numerous nephews and nieces that will carry on his memory. He will also be missed by his in laws John and Betty Martin; Jimmy Martin; Lisa & Randy Brannon; Sharon and Steve Tucker and Hazel and Sye Garrett alone with his 3 nephews and 4 nieces. Visitation will be at New Hope Funeral Home on Monday, November 21, 2011 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Funeral will be held at Seagoville Road Baptist Church on November 22, 2011 at 3:00 pm. His final resting place will be at Gateway Garden in Sunnyvale, TX Pall Bearers will be - Jeremy Steele, Thomas Steele, Lee Reyes, Cody Garrett, Travis Brannon, Timothy Brannon; Honorary Pall Bearers - Terran Wherman, Jennifer Reyes, Emily Alanis, Tiffany Brannon & Kari Tucker.
