Jewell is preceded in death by her husband of 21 years, James Ruben Rodgers, parents; Alice Gross and Hubert Gross and son Larry Allen Rodgers. Jewell is survived by her children: Tina Rodgers, JeriDupy, daughter-in-law, Betty Rodgers, grandchildren: Alesia Gayle Rodgers, Justin Norbery, grandson by marriage, Cody Massey, brothers, Edward Gross, Bobby Gross, caregiver and good friend, Lina Coffee, and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will for Jewell will be held on Tuesday July 5, 2016 at 11:00AM at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, TX. Funeral Service will be on Tuesday July 5, 2016 at 12:00PM at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel in Sunnyvale, TX with interment to follow at Rodgers Cemetery in Grand Saline, TX .
