Jerry Bob Wortham, a 60 year resident of Forney, born May 1, 1940, in Westminster TX., to Bob & Juanita Wortham, passed away December 3, 2006 from a heart attack. He is preceded in death by his father, Bob Wortham and son, Justin Wortham. Survived by:wife, Rosalyn Wortham; Family pet, Little Rose; son, BretWortham and wife Kerin; son, Heath Wortham and wife Tiffany; mother, Juanita Wortham; step-children; daughter Terresa and husband Bryan Hill; step-son David Hill and wife Ginni; grandchildren, Kirsten, Nathan, Morgan, and Shelby; sister, Judy Eudy and husband Carl Eudy; brother, Michael Wortham and wife Evelyn; sister, Joyce Sline; sister, Carol Wallace and husband Henry; brother, Johnny Wortham and wife Sherry; sister, Janet Salinas and husband Emilio; and many other loving family and friends. Service will be 10:00AM Thursday December 7, 2006 at First Baptist Church of Forney, 1003 FM 741, Forney, TX. Family will receive friends at New Hope Funeral Home Wednesday evening,December 6, 2006,from 6:00PM8:00PM.
