Janice Lynell Ragsdale was born on February 11, 1947 and passed away on November 28, 2019. Lynell is preceded in death by her parents Ruby and Vernon Price and brothers Harry and Joe Price. Lynell is survived by her daughter Stacy Ragsdale Kosharek and husband Jack of Mesquite, Texas. A Memorial Service will be held for Lynell on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church in Mesquite, Texas.
