PONDER, James Marlin, born October 27, 1924, in Dallas, TX., passed away December 9, 2003, in Dallas, TX. Preceded in death by sister, Delores Rudder; brother, Bill Ponder. Survived by wife, Joyce Ponder; daughter, Linda & husband, Robert Boyd; daughter, Cindy & husband Andy Blakely; grandson, Andrew & wife, Miesha Boyd; granddaughter, Charity & husband, Brian Andrews; granddaughter, Faith & husband, Michael Bleecker; granddaughter, Amanda Blakely; numerous nieces and nephews & cousins. Services will be 11:00AM Friday, December 12, 2003, at the First Baptist Church of Sunnyvale, 3018 N. Belt Line Rd., Sunnyvale, with Bro. Don Fuller, and Dr. Gary Coleman officiating.Interment will be in Pleasant Mound Cemetery, Dallas, TX. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
