James Michael Meazel

James Michael Meazel, of Rockwall, Texas, passed away on December 8, 2022. He was born on January 21, 1951 to parents Marshall Ray Meazel and Dora Teresa Sunseri in Warwick County, Virginia.

Some of James' accomplishments include being an Eagle Scout and earning a bachelor's degree in education from East Texas State University (Texas A&M - Commerce).

James worked for 30 years as a machinist at Raytheon Technologies. In his spare time he enjoyed woodworking, working in the yard, baseball, and spending time with grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Marshall and Dora Meazel.

He is survived by his son Mark Meazel, and daughter Cindy Morris; grandchildren, Monica Trevino and Laney Michel (husband Dawson); great-grandchildren Lilianna, Hector, Jared, and Emilie; sisters JoMarie and Janice; and his faithful companion Rascal.
