James’s (Eddie) story began on January 8, 1964 in Austin, TX. James was the eldest of three children. James graduated high school from Mesquite High School in 1982. James was known as our Gentle Giant. He loved Texas and his family greatly.
James is survived by his wife of 35 years, Susan McIntosh. Their two children Kaitlin (Larry) Sowards and son Kristopher McIntosh. Several grandchildren Donovan, Abigale, and Alexis. Sisters Beverly Lillie and Sherri McIntosh. Mother-in-law Paula Murray. He was loved by his many siblings-in-law, nieces and nephews and cousins. And his beloved dog Izzy.
He now joins in heaven his parents: his father James McIntosh and his mother Shirley McIntosh. Father in Law Laurence Murray, and grandson Landon Sowards.
James was so immensely proud of his family. He loved his church and his Lord. He was often known for helping others in times of need. James was always kind-hearted and thought of others.
James faced many health challenges over the past many years. He faced them with his strong will and gentle manner. James finally chose to join his Lord and Savior.
Special thanks to Pathway Hospice and the American Kidney Foundation for their excellent service and support.
James gained his wings on September 13, 2020.
