James Kent Henson

James Kent (Bobo) Henson, 75, of Forney, passed away on January 28, 2019. Bobo was born to James Edward Henson and Ruth Kathleen Henson on January 25, 1944. He was a 1962 graduate of Forney High School, as well as an alum of the University of Texas. (Hook ‘em Horns!) Henson went on to serve in the United States Air Force from 1970 to 1974. A lifelong fan of high school football and great supporter of the Forney Jackrabbits, he also loved cooking and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. James Kent (Bobo) Henson is preceded in death by his parents, James Edward and Ruth Kathleen Henson, and his brother, David Allen Henson. Henson is survived by his nephews, Todd Henson, and wife Lynette, and Aaron Henson, and wife Alisha; great-nephews and great nieces, Clayton, Gracie, Harlee, and Katie; and sister- in-law, Barbara Shinkle.
