James Loni Feemster

March 11, 1967 — August 19, 2007

James was preceded in death by Everett Clenton Willingham, his grandfather. He was survived by his son, Jesse Quay Feemster (7) of London, England, his mother, Delores McDowell of Rockwall, Tx and his father, James McDowell, of Corsicana, Tx.He also is survived by a sister, Callie Foster, of Rockwall, Tx, and her husband, Mark Foster as well as 2 nephews, Colton (9) and Nash (3) Foster and a neice, Cate (1) Foster all of Rockwall, Tx.He also is survived by his grandmother, Jewel Willingham, of Dallas, Tx. James was a son, a brother, a friend, and a proud "Daddy".He loved to read and was an exceptional sketch artist.He loved living on a ranch and working hard.He loved working with the cattle and feeling the wind on his face.He was a true "Texas Cowboy". James bravely and gallantly served his country in the United States Army.He was awarded the Army Service Ribbon, the National Defense Service Medal, and the Overseas Service Ribbon w/ Num 1. James loved his family, his country, and the land.He was a deep thinker.He was one of those people that touches everyone else just by being.There is a void in all of our lives that will never be filled.We miss and love you James!! Service will be 11:30AM Thursday August 23, 2007 at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, with interment to follow at 1:30PM at the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas.Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 7:00PM to 9:00PM.
