Jacklyn Lee Parks

PARKS, Jacklyn Lee Parks of Forney, born July 18, 1938, passed away May 17, 2011. She worked as a pediatric nurse after graduation and later at Metric as a supervisor for many years before retiring. Mrs. Parks had a great love for arts, crafts and painting. She enjoyed spending quality time with her family and her granddaughter. Preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Watson; brother, Fred. T. Watson. Survived by husband, James E. Parks; son, Jeffrey A. Parks, grandchild, Olivia Jacklyn Parks; brother, George E. Watson & wife, Kathy; sister, Frances E. Reiter & husband, Donald Reiter, Sr.; 13 nieces and nephews; 9 great nieces & nephews; 1 great great niece. Service will be 11:00AM Friday May 20, 2011 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX. 75182. Family will receive friends Friday morning at the funeral home before the service from 10:00AM - 11:00AM. Interment will be in New Hope Memorial Gardens, Sunnyvale, TX.
