Jack Ellis Matthiessen

Jack Ellis Matthiessen, was born June 18, 1951 to Ralph and Florence Matthiessen in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.He passed away on April 30, 2008. He was preceded in death by his mother, Florence Violet and his brother Richard Matthiessen. He is survived by his sons: Jeremy, Shaun, Dustin, and Jonathan.Also survived by grandchildren Skyler, Preston, Jared, Paige, Taylor, Kalie, and Dakota. A memorial service will be held at the Quietwood Baptist Church, 13719 Seagoville Road, Dallas, on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at 6:00 PM.
