Jack Michael Hawkins

Jack Michael Hawkins was born on January 29, 1945 in Dallas, Texas.He passed away on October 3, 2006 in Mesquite, Texas.Jack was a Mesquite resident and attended Samuell High School and the University of North Texas.He retired from Lone Star Gas Company. He is survived by his wife, Jan; son Brian and his wife Stephani and expected grandson, Jack Adrian; sister, Jill Bussell and husband Phill; brother, Gary Hawkins and wife JoAnn; mother-in-law, Clara Brink; and eight nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, Texas on Wednesday, October 4, 2006 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.Services will be at the Open Door Baptist Church in Mesquite on October 5, 2006 at 2:00 PM with burial at Restland Cemetery.
