Carlin, Howard Everette of Balch Springs, born January 15, 1941, passed away May 13, 2013. Preceded in death by parents, Raymond E. Carlin, Rose Carlin; brothers, Raymond Jr, Ralph, Roy. Survived by wife of 46 years, Mattie Carlin; children, Howard & wife, Kelly, Philip & wife, Shaundra; grandchildren, Howard, Bailey, Riley, McKenzie; sister, Renee'; numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be 2:00PM Friday May 24, 2013 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX. 75182. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Disabled American Vets or the American Cancer Society.
