Heather Elizabeth True born February 3, 1999 passed away on November 7, 2016.She is the daughter of David True and Tracie True Skaer and sister of Halie Nicole True. She is preceded in death by Grandfather, Donald Bersterman, and Grandmother, Margaret Bersterman. She is survived by Mother, Tracie True Skaer, Stepfather, Paul Skaer, Father, David True Jr., Stepmother, Anna True, Sister, Halie Nicole True, Granparents, Charlie and Beverly Whisenthunt, Grandparents, Dave and Diane True, as well as numerous Cousins, Aunts and Uncles. Heather, our Artist. Just as on canvas, she painted our world with her love, kindness, thoughtfulness and creativity. Heather was a one of a kind. She brought so much happiness to her family, friends, teachers and anyone who go to meet her. Heather was passionate about the arts and had aspirations to be a renowned tattoo artist. She kindly embraced all animals and reptiles with eternal love. Fearless and adventurous would best describe Heather’s approach to life. She was truly a Treasure.
