Hazel Jacobs

Hazel Marie Jacobs was born on June 7, 1927 and passed away on February 18, 2017. Hazel is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, James Edward Jacobs; parents: David and Lucille Bennett; brother, Bernard Bennett; sister, Jean Gray and daughter, Cynthia Jean Edwards. Hazel is survived by her children: Jim and Linda Jacobs of Forney, Laura and Joe Delk of Forney, Ruth and Joe Law of Forney, Velma and Eugene Byford of Crandall; grandchildren: Cathie Spoon, Matthew Jacobs, Bonnie Vinson, Reggie Burchett, Karen Boles, Krystina Byford, Trevor Edwards, KacieByford; great grandchildren: Isabella Burchett, Chance Williams, Allie Jacobs, Logan Edwards, Alec Vinson, Gracie Vinson, Tyler Boles Jr. and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held for Hazel on Monday February 20, 2017 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, Texas. Funeral Service will be on Tuesday February 21, 2017 at 11:00AM at New Hope Funeral Home with interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Forney, Texas.
