Guy Joseph Kreiger

Guy Joseph Kreiger was born on June 4, 1951 in Amhurst, New York and passed away on March 13, 2017 in Forney, Texas. Guy was adopted by George J and Mary Kathleen Kreiger. He graduated from Kenmore West Senior High School and became a long time employee of Windham Manufacturing and MSC Industrial Supply, and was formally married to Kathleen Muscato Kreiger. Guy is survived by his wife of 16 years, Cynthia Wells Kreiger and 7 children: Shannon Lavocat and her husband David of North Tonawanda, New York, Christopher Michael Kreiger of North Tonawanda, New York, Dawn Kreiger-Salisbury and her husband Ron of West Senaca, New York, Matthew J Kreiger and wife Jamie of Lillington, North Carolina, Lauren Marie Delafuente of Tempe, Arizona, Susan Metzger and her husband Edward of Clarence Center, New York, step-daugther, Heather Hamm and her husband Daniel Hamm of Bagwell, Texas; he also leaves behind 23 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and long time best friend, Chris Cortemelia. Guy is preceded in death by his parents: George and Kathleen Kreiger, brother, Gary Kreiger and grandson Joshua Blake Hamm. A visitation will be held on Wednesday March 15, 2017 from 6:00-8:00PM at New Hope Funeral Home is Sunnyvale, Texas. Funeral Service will be on Thursday March 16, 2017 at 2:00PM at Lakeshore Church in Rockwall, Texas. Funeral Services will also be held at Amigone Funeral Home at 26003 Sheridan Drive in Towanda, New York 14150 with dates and times pending. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Tonawanda, New York.
