Gloria Jean

POE, Gloria Jean Feagin lost her battle for life on December 21, 2008 at 5:05PM. She entered Dallas Regional Medical Center at about 2:14AM on November 28th with double pneumonia and other complications subsequently arose. Gloria loved life and her family. Her spirit and will were strong but her body became too weak. Gloria was comforted at her bedside by her husband, children and pastor when she went home to be with the Lord. Preceded in death by father, Luther Thomas Feagin, Jr.; mother, Edna Irene Feagin; brother, Thomas Jeter Ray Feagin. Survived by husband, Billy Ray Poe; children, Danna Michelle Rhodes, Anita Jean Rhodes; step-children, Shawn Eric Poe, Adrian Bubba Heath Poe, Zachary Tolen Poe; grandchildren, David Benjamin MaMahon, Lucas Aaron McMahon, Amanda Leigh McMahon, William Dalton Rhodes, Dakota Wayne Howard, Erica RayAnn Poe, Eilish Christine Quoi Poe, Erin Elizabeth Carroll Poe, Jewell Rae Poe; great grandchild, Avery Rose McMahon; sisters, Marilou Quinn, Evelyn Hoover, and Shirley Ann Payne. She will be buried in her hometown Forney on Friday afternoon. Service will be 12:00Noon Friday December 26, 2008 at First Baptist Church of Forney, 1003 FM 741, Forney, TX. 75126, with prayer service immediately following. Family will receive friends at the church on Friday morning from 10:00AM to 12:00Noon for viewing.
