George W. Harper Jr., of Fate, Texas was born on September 29, 1944 in Denver, Colorado and passed away on October 22, 2023 in Fate, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents George W. Harper Sr. and Laura Nelson Harper and his wife of 53 years, LaVada Anne Harper. George is survived by his daughter, Vicky Jo Jallo; son, Mark Leighton Harper and daughter in law Sonia Harper; grandchildren, Amber Dockins, Bailey Harper, Keirsten Jallo; a great grandchild, Huntley Dockins; and his sisters, Anita Massey and Lynne Harper Gayler.
Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Monday, October 30 with funeral services at 10:00am on Tuesday, October 31 at New Hope funeral home.
