Adams, George Edward "Butch”, born in Dalhart, TX December 23, 1945 passed away in his home in Forney, TX passed away on February 25, 2016. He was preceded in death by parents, George and Evelyn Adams; and son, David Glenn Adams; ex-wife Joyce Ann Craig; grandson, Clayton Cunningham; and great grandson Slayton Spence. George is survived by son, Jonathan Adams and wifeStephanie Adams of Forney, TX; daughter Katherine Cunningham and husband Tommy Cunningham of Jewett, TX; daughter Wanda Harper and husband John Harper of League City, TX; daughter Brenda and husband Mike Darragh of Galveston, TX; son, Phillip and wife Jaime Faneuf of Pekin, IL; daughter in law Kelli Adams; twenty grandkids and 10 great grandkids; nieces and nephews; brother- Herbert and wife Mary Adams of Kingman, KS; sisters-Debbie Barfield of Bloomfield, IN; Mary Adams; Judy Brunbidge. Butch loved to fish, play dominoes, play his games on Facebook, spend time with his kids and grandkids, and LOVEDto tell wild stories. A private service will be held for family and close friends.
