Odom, Gary David born November 19, 1946 passed away on June 20, 2014. Gary is preceded in death by wife of 36 years Deborah Kay Odom and two angel baby girls of Tara & Kelley Johnson. He is survived by wife of 5 months Jan Odom; children, Tara Lynn Johnson & husband Kelley, Amber Kay Reese & husband Jason, Patrick Wayne Odom & wife Julie; step children, Timisha Chapman & husband Jason, Tim Collinsworth & wife Haley; grandchildren, Taylor Odom, Cassidy Bowden, Madeline Johnson, Zachary Majors, Allison Reese, Jacey Reese, Jackson Reese; step grandchildren, Kamdyn Borhani, Tyler Chapman, Kyndall Collinsworth, Harper Chapman; parents, Ralph & Louise Odom; brother, Danny Odom & wife Linda; sister, Pam Hurd & husband George; niece, Rebecca Odom; great nephew Jonah Dye; and numerous friends and family. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 24th at New Hope Funeral Home, Sunnyvale, TXfrom 5:00PM – 7:00PM.Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 25th at 10:00AM, Landmark Family Fellowship, Mesquite, TX. Interment following the service at 2:30PM, Rosewood Cemetery, Gilmer, TX.
