Francisco Martin O'Neill

Francisco Martin O' Neill, lovingly known as "Paco", age 75, of Heath, Texas, passed away on Wednesday December 14, 2022 . Paco was born on January 30, 1947 to Jose O'Neill and Carmen Toledo, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Paco loved spending time with his family and friends and found his greatest joy in taking care of and spending time with his fur-babies; Sassy, Sammy, Brody (Brother B) and Sir Louis! A man of integrity, he served proudly in the United States Army from 1968-1972.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother. He is survived by his wife of 30 years Carmen R. O'Neill-Toledo; sons Francisco O'Neill Jr. "Pete", Shawn Perronne and daughters Arlene Baez, Michele Lubrano and Jessica Perronne.

A Private service will be held at New Hope Funeral Home, located at 500 US Highway 80 E, Sunnyvale, TX 75182 on December 22,2022 at 10:00 a.m.
