Frances Earlene Sanders, age 86, was born December 10, 1933 in Bennington, Oklahoma.She departed for her heavenly home on January 1, 2020 in Forney, Texas.Frances graduated from high school in Caddo, Oklahoma in 1952 and moved to Dallas in 1953.She was introduced to Billy Joe Sanders through mutual friends and they were married on June 7, 1957.They were married for almost 61 years.They moved from Dallas to Garland in 1967 and then to Forney in 2007 to be near family.She retired in 1991 from Contel Telephone Company as a word processing operator.She was a member of Mustang Creek Community Church. Frances was a loving wife, grandmother and great-grandmother.She enjoyed playing 42, crossword puzzles, researching her family tree and finding ways to bless others.Her many acts of kindness will be missed as she was dearly loved by many. Frances is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Gaylan Mathis of Forney; two grandsons, Christopher Mathis and fianc Sandie Collins of Forney, Loren and wife Tanya Mathis of Rowlett;four great-grand-children, Makayla Mathis, Makenzie Mathis, Callie Mathis and Callen Mathis.She is also survived by one sister, Shirley Ann Epperson of Millington, Tennessee and one brother,Leon Hardisty of Sapulpa, Oklahoma and many other friends and relatives. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Mary Frances Hardisty, one brother, Billy Gene Hardisty and husband, Billy Joe Sanders.
