Ewa Goldberg was born on May 29, 1955 in Nisko, Poland and passed away in her home on March 16, 2017 in Balch Springs, Texas. Ewa graduated high school in 1973 in Poland. She also attended Richland College in Dallas, Texas where she received several certificates towards becoming a nurse’s assistant. Ewa's career became her family. She was very nurturing, loving, compassionate, exciting, and always full of life. For who she was, she has left her family with so many wonderful and phenomenal memories. Her other passion, was for Jesus Christ. This passion was not only for her own self or her family but for the sake of as many people who she could touch, no matter the place. By spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ, not only made her happy, but brought Jesus to the people's lives she touched. The smiles that she ended up imprinting into the hearts with her enthusiastic, friendly, heart-warming, and generous demeanor. This smile was always one to be remembered. If anyone had the opportunity to observe her witnessing, they would for sure have had a lot of Ewa imprinted into their hearts. She will fondly be remembered, cherished, and missed by her family and numerous friends as a loving wife, mother, Nana, friend, and Sister in Christ. Ewa is survived by her husband and best friend of 41 years, Michal Goldberg. She is also survived by her three children who loved her to their core, Annetta Diana Elfers and her husband; John, Adam Daniel Goldberg and his wife; Stefanie, Olivia Alexandra Roberts and her husband; David. She leaves behind 7 grandchildren Lauren, Matthew, Stella, Shelbi, Caleb, Abigail and Carsyn, along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Ewa is preceded in death by her mother, Cecylia Sobolewska and her father, Mateusz Kopiec. Her visitation will be held at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, Texas on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm and the following day, March 22, 2017, a funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm.
