Evelyn Nealsha Parker

Evelyn Nealsha Parker was born in Van Zandt County on June 29, 1928 to Joseph Columbus and Della Leola Henderson. Evelyn parents moved to Athens in 1902 from Heflin, Alabama.

Evelyn is preceded in death by her daughter Della Mae Parker, son Jimmy Carroll Bishop Sr., grandsons Larry Joseph Bishop and Larry Wayne Bishop. Evelyn enjoyed cooking, reading, sewing, gardening, and planting her flowers.

Evelyn is survived by her children; Evelyn Kay Bishop, Shirley Jane Watson (Jerry), Willard Joseph Bishop Jr. and Larry Bishop. Grandchildren; Shannon Kay Watson (Ricky), KayCee Bradley (Robert), Zachary Ellison, Glenn Ray Bishop (Mendie), Shawn Watson (Wendi), Cheryl Thompson (John), Jimmy Carroll "JJ" Bishop Jr. (Lia), Rickey Lee Bishop Sr. (Carrie) and Dakota Bishop (DeLores). Great Grandchildren; Joseph "Bobby" Robert Watson Skylar, Sophia, Nathaniel Josial Thompson, Janell Thompson, John C. Bishop, Rickey Lee Bishop Jr., Brandson Bishop (Janet), Karter, Kaison, Victoria, Kaiden, Roman and Suzanne Miller.
