Survived by mother, Betty Hollis & husband, Bruce; brother, Kyle Goddard; sister, Terri Jo Smith; niece: Krystle Smith; nephews, Jason, Timothy, Matthew Goddard: cousins, Donna Childress, Jennifer Van Horn; aunt, Carol Colebank; and many other loving family & friends. Service will be 1:00PM " Friday October 30, 2009 at New Hope Funeral Home, and family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00PM " 8:00PM.
