Estelita Mata

MATA, Licd. Estelita of Garland, born April 13, 1931, in Limestone Co., TX. and returned home on January 8, 2006. She was a pastor of Jerusalem Church in Dallas, TX. for 28 years.She became an ordained minister in 1971 and lived her life as a God-fearing Christian. Stella was preceded in death by her mother, Eduviges Guerrero Mata, father, Miguel Mata and brother Rev. Ishmal Mata. She is survived by her sisters, Erma Mata Deltoro, Maria Canales, Lea Mata and Dora Arechiga; brother, Mike Mata and a host of nieces and nephews. Her final resting place will be in Grove Hill Memorial Park, Dallas, TX.Services will be 2:00PM Wednesday January 11, 2006 at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel.Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
