Emma Faye Gorman

Emma Faye Gorman passed on December 11, 2015. She retired from Southwestern Bell Corporation after 21 years and was a lifetime member of Colonial Baptist Church. Emma was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, G. H. Gorman; her parents, John D. Smith and Maime Burt Smith; her brothers, J. D. Smith and David Smith; and her sisters, Margie Peters, Mae Anderson, Jesse Ganze, Mittie Wells, Maime Davidson and Jo Meadows. Emma is survived by her daughter, Sharon Kilgore (Jim); her grandchildren, Darrell Chandler and Julie Reavis (Richard); her great-grandchildren, Crystalys Beumer, Justin Reavis, Lauren Reavis, and Christian Chandler; her three great-great-grandchildren; her brothers, Raymond Smith and James Smith; her sister, Marion Lyon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
