WELCH, Elaine Toney Wheeler of Mesquite, born March 29, 1938 in Searcy, LA. passed away February 12, 2006 in Mesquite, TX. from complications of a stroke. Preceded in death by her parents, Bill E. & Agnes Toney; sister, Magdalene Ingram; brother, Billy Toney and husband, Tim Welch all of Louisiana. Survivors include sister & brother-in-law, Charles & Fern LeFlore; sister-in-law, Gayle Toney; son & daughter-in-law, Rick & Beth Wheeler; son, Roland Wheeler; daughter & son-in-law, Kim & Sheril Crumpton; grandchildren, Julie, Jennifer, Brandon, Jodie, Dawn, Greg, David & Ronnie; nieces, Glen & Theresa Cogswell and their children, Travis, Dustin & Paden, Melaine & Steve Bridges; and special loved ones, Paul & Sandi LeFlore. Service will be 11:00AM Wednesday February 15, 2006 at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel with Dale Hobbs officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
