Survived by children, Ginger & Billy Gage, Steven & Cindy Lewis, Annette & Chuck Stringer, Janet & Brad Bankhead; grandchildren, Laurie Champion, Holly Page, Billy Gage, II, Misty Lewis, Shelly Starns, Steven Lewis, Jacob Lewis, Amanda Sample, Daniel Stringer, Nicholas Stringer, Bradley Bankhead, II; great grandchildren, Brandon, Morgan, Chris, Logan, Ethan, Cheyenne, Dylan, Hunter, Aaron, Kayle; brothers, Curtis Lewis, Charles Lewis, Paul Lewis; sisters, Barbara Herron, Ruth Terrell, Linda Turner; numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be 2:00PM - Saturday July 11, 2015 at Long Creek Cemetery, Sunnyvale, TX. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 5:00PM - 7:00PM.
