DEAN, Edna Earle of Mesquite born April 15, 1937, passed away May 26, 2004. Edna was a member of the Guiding Star Full Gospel Church where she was the pianist. Preceded in death by husband, B. R. "Corky" Dean& son, Ricky Lynn Dean. Survived by son & daughter-in-law, Dennis & Sherry Dean of Mesquite;grandchildren, Melissa Dean, Brandy Genung of Alabama; April Chandler & husband Jason of Mesquite, Amy Dean, Sarah Dean of Mesquite; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Jim & wife BeaAnn Duckworth of Forney; sister-in-law, Pat Cunningham of Forney. Services will be 1:00PM Saturday, May 29, 2004, at the New Hope Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J. C. Willingham & Rev. Jack Venable officiating. Interment will be in Long Creek Cemetery.Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
