Donna Charlene Russell

RUSSELL, Donna Charlene of Forney, born July 27, 1944 in Slaton, Texas, passed away February 24, 2008. Donna was a devoted mother.She managed apartments for many years.Nurtured and cared for the sick and elderly through home health care.Her last job was front-end manager at Albertsons. Donna was well known for her quick wit and humor.She was also a compassionate and giving person.She took pleasure in giving anything she owed to people in need or as an expression of her love for others. Preceded in death by parents, Charles Lelynn Aycock & Oleta Marie Aycock; sister, Cherry Jaquelyn Aycock. Survived by son, Aaron C. Russell; granddaughter, Sierra D. Russell; sister, Carla Jan Morris; brother, Gary David Aycock; and numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be 11:00AM Wednesday February 27, 2008 at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
